I just bought my new LVP flooring from Brian and the gang at Floors Outlet and so far I'm thoroughly pleased with my... experience. Brian McDonald, the owner is super friendly and very customer-oriented. I didn't even know this place existed and I was referred to Brian by a salesman at Lowe's (best thing that he could've done for me that day) and I found exactly what I wanted at Floors Outlet! Brian didn't have any colors I liked in stock, but he suggested a beautiful color of LVP (Reclaimed Pine) and even allowed me to bring an actual plank of it home to lay out and see how it looked in my home before he ordered for me. Long story short, I waited about a week and called Brian on the phone and he ordered my flooring for me without hesitation and it was in the store in about 3 days! Overall, I would most definitely recommend Floors Outlet as the #1 place in the area to purchase flooring! If you want great customer service and a place that really appreciates the business, then it's Floors Outlet that you should visit, without a shadow of a doubt! We will be back, Brian and I'm referring everybody that I know to Floors Outlet! Thanks for a great experience! We love ya'll!~Tammy~read more

The staff is friendly and Brian goes above and beyond, this man knows his flooring and they have affordable prices. He had exactly what I wanted for my "she shed" for a super awesome price- better than anywhere else that I had looked online and local. He was super nice and even loaded everything up in my car for me. I highly recommend him. He has a huge selection of colors and choices. I will definitely be returning when I decide to change the flooring in my bedroom!read more
